    Hi bro…your workout is pretty intensive and you drain people out within 20 mins. I used to be a badminton player where I would have heavy workout and now that I stopped it, I couldn't do it myself as before. Working out along with you makes it very interesting๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘. Thank u so much

    Miserably failed 18/01/2023 . Couldn't keep up more than 35 seconds each . Did 30 sec plank right there finally was exhausted . Will follow your routines come back here in 3 months…..18/04/2023 let's do this . Awesome workout bud !!!

    Just found your channel last night, it couldnโ€™t of come at such a good time. I train bjj and run so thought I was fit, but recently had a second round of covid and have become incredibly lazy.
    This workout was perfect as I donโ€™t need any kit and can do it at home which is just what I need.
