  3. Great. Moves parts of the body you usually don't move. Seems to incorporate a lot of yoga type moves.

  14. Hi Mike. Thank you so much for this comprehensive workout. It has changed the way I move. I have been doing this workout for about 6 weeks and I believe Iโ€™m ready for the next full workout challenge. I need a seated workout, which one would you recommend?

    Thanks Mike, just getting back into things after six long months of my husband having esophagal cancer, including two very major surgeries, nearly lost him twice!!!!but though he cat eat or drink any more he is alive and copying well . giving me a little time to try and get fit,I'm surprised at how week some areas are right now xx Chris

  27. I have subscribed , at the same time can't tick like on our theatre TV, which is where I do your exercise, I have now been doing them for nearly two weeks, the difference. I have already started toning up. Also have a bad back, once I saw your exercise's help strengthen the core of the stomach which in turn strengthen the back plus your being a physiotherapist I was sold. I have been having physio, plus acupuncture with my physiotherapist. My back is the best it's been, your exercise's have made me feel whole again, plus how they make me feel invigorated. I am so glad I found you.

Do i have your permission to use your video to conduct exercise classes that i will not be paid for and there is no charge for. The video was great and would be very beneficial to these ladies.

    just finished this 45 minute exercise without weights. What I would like to know, what are the benefits of doing this without weights. Are you gaining strength, muscle endurance, stamina. Or just a good body workout. I'm 92 and found it enjoyable. was able to keep up with you speed. I felt energized
    when I finished. Is this type of exercise enough to keep one strong and functional with daily activities. Or is it important to add weights program to your routine.
