    I do agree that you're eating habits is a lot more contributing to you're weight than exercise, however I still think exercise is more important than this video realizes.

  9. Healthy Habits + Exercise makes your extra weight go off, keep doing it with consistency. Stop eating garbage from outside.

    Whenever I stop exercising, I am guarantee to gain fats (waistline, weights etc.).

    Weight loss is 80-20. 80% diet, 20% exercise. You create the calorie deficit with diet, you supplement it with exercise. It’s mostly dictated by diet but you absolutely need that 20% from exercise too

    Remind you exercise doesn’t equal = weightloss but it can make you more healthier just because your skinny doesn’t mean that your healthy

    So as a takeaway, don’t overeat, eat only what you need. Cut out artificial stuff and eat healthier. And walk more, intense workouts aren’t as needed

    How can you count calories say like a piece of chicken or something that doesn’t have a label with calorie amount? So confusing
