    running is probably one of the best thing to do as it doesn't only enhance your body but also your mind too. i've been running daily for about 5 years now since 15 and breaking through that 6 month of consistency was one of the hardest challenges i've ever faced but after i started to enjoy it.

    On good days I do like 8k steps and recently only 3 – 5k, as I don't go to the bakery anymore and only learning Japanese and reading books during lunch time.

    Even worse when working from home, only like 500 steps at max, but that's on me.

    I definitely could add some more minutes of walking, especially as I barely go to the toilet, nor go making me coffee (I don't drink it), I might find some other reasons to roam around the company

    My job requires me to walk alot and my average is around 18k a day. Didn’t realize how much it would help me till I watched this video.

    Hmm I wasn't loosing fat but gaining by walking 30-60 min 4 or 5 times a week. Running does much better job for me…Getting in shape takes time either you walking or running

    I acctualy like running very much but i dont know why i cant lose weight. My question is, if i can consistantly run 30 min a day is it better than walking 1 h a day

    My PT has advised that walking is the best for weight loss. I am excited to start walking for a better health. I currently avg about 7500 steps per day. It’s time to walk for my life.

    I walk an average of 12,000 steps a day. When I get scheduled to work both my jobs on the same day it’s an average of 22,000 steps.

  18. I walk everyday roughly 12k-15k a day plus exercise 3-4 days a week and I've lost around 17lbs while 16/8 fasting. Also good diet is key. Stay disciplined and keep working.
