Day: can barely feel my legs and arms 😅 I think this might be the workout that I’m looking for had me sweating already and I haven’t even gone for my morning walk yet 😁 love it

Day1: did full but divided bc my sis interupted me and i am gonna try to eat lesser update soon

Started it today. It was too hard to complete yet i did it as previously i had done Roberta 2 weeks challenge n that had worked for me. So returning to this channel after a year again. Lets hope stay consistent and lose some lbs not hope… 😀

I’m feeling really tired and exhausted. Day one is so far killing me but yeah I’m feeling okay and I’m proud that I finished day one. (Also I had 3 toasts for breakfast, after that some strawberries and grapes, a little bit of chocolate 😬 and my mom is making pasta for dinner(also i drank a shit ton of water today)( I woke up late so I didn’t eat much)
Day2:(Morning weight: 58.6 kg/ 129,2 pounds)✅
It was okay today , it was long but not as exhausting but yeah (woke up late again so hadn’t had much to eat today either (we have holidays) had 2 toasts and a brezel as breakfast, some Puff pastry, Pasta for dinner and some Flips)
Current weight: 59.2 kg / 130,5 pounds
Day 3:(morning weight: 58.2 kg / 128,3 pounds)

Hi I'm only 11 years old and I'm going to start its currently Saturday and I wanted to do this because I've read the comments and it gave me a lot of motivation so I will edit starting from tomorrow. My current weight is 73.9kg
Monday. I done this workout and it was pretty hard I felt like giving up but I didn't. At the end I felt really motivated and confident. I really feel like this is going to work out.❤
Tuesday. currently weight is 73.9kg. After this workout I felt super sweaty and I really felt the calories burn. I am super excited to see the results because my birthday is I'm 7 days and I want to look good for my b day so I will still update for the people who feel like this workout won't work.
Wednesday.I dint finish the workout because I was feeling really light-headed. I was about 3 quarters true but then I nearly fell to the floor. I will try again tmmrw.

hey guys, im struggling to loose my weight, i ll update my daily work out here, if it helps

day 1: it was hard for me to workout, i kept struggling with plank but it was worth it, i didn't feel lazy the whole day and i also took extra time for the break
after lunch i worked out again for 11 mins
day 2: i could finish all the exercise with reasonable rest time, still struggling to do planks, i see my body changing slowly, like I'm pushing myself to the dead line and my body is compiling with my moto
day 3: feeling tired but i aint gonna give up, i could do the planks better than the previous days

Have been doing this for a week. I barely lost 1kg. I am on a calorie deficit and that may helped even more than this exercise. I seen my body stregthen but no loss for me
