    So I thought I will too.

    Day 1: It was kind of tough for me, especially the 3 rd and and last one. Hasn’t been exercising a lot. Haha

    I will be doing this every morning while eating healthy and In the evening will be going for walks.

    Day 2: Okay! I think it was a little just a little bit easier today. I was so energetic that I even did 2 min plank and ab hold.
    Tired now. Whoa 😂

    Anyone else who’s starting there journey I want to say that
    Let’s work for ourselves and for our health we can do it ✊🏻

    Trying to eat healthier and less food
    Sleeping 8 hours everyday

    I did it!! So happy.
    I felt sweaty and it was hard.
    I took a little break.

    Had a break day today, but tomorrow I go all in!😁

    Day 1: Pretty out of breath, but surprisingly not too sore.

    Day 2: Wasn’t any easier, but I feel like I’m finally doing something right

    (I skipped day 3 because I was running around a lot today and was just really tired)

    I do this first thing in the morning (on weekends I get up at 11, lol). I made a bunch of veggie pasta, sausage, put some spinach and tomatoes in. Eating granny smith's and drinking Naked rainbow machine (delicious, beets are a super food). Day 2 of this workout and I am feeling happier and energized. It really does work 🙂

    i’ve gained 10kg in the last year and have got loads of stretch marks which i never used to have, my prom is coming in about 2 months and i want to be skinny for the pictures so i don’t look back on it disappointed in myself. i’m doing this for however long it takes to get back to how i want to look. i’ve gained a lot of stubborn stomach fat so i know this could take a while. doing this for my future self and commenting to stay accountable! if i do any other workouts i will add that in the comment. i can only do this when home alone as i don’t want my parents to know!

    day 1: i’ve done the first 2 moves of this and the full down a dress size video by lucy aswell! obviously i don’t see any results yet but i’m going to keep going until i do!
    day 2: felt sick and i didn’t do it, my period is coming so i probably won’t do it for a couple days

    Bullshit, the only way to loose fat is with a caloric deficit and if you’re expecting to loose fat by doing this youre just wasting your time

    Day 1: I did it, wasn't that bad, just my legs feel tired… I just hope I can do it tmrw since everyone is gonna be home
    Day 2: added a lot of different exercises and my hips were rlly burning
