    Since having my son a year ago (C-section at 38 years old), it's been a slow process of getting back into shape. I'm now starting week 3 of following your channel and workouts and so far, I feel great. This one was by far the hardest I've done from here and I only had to modify a couple of the moves for a short period of time to work through cramping muscles, but I made it through with a truckload of sweat! I really enjoy the workouts, so keep them coming!

  19. Jo this was a great workout! I've been doing your videos 4-5 times a week since Nov. 22 and I've lost 23 pounds! This is the first time in about 6 years I've been able to lose weight. I never put in good effort before. This time I'm eating healthier foods and doing your workouts. I don't always want to workout but I never, ever regret doing it. Your videos make it so much fun!

    For those of you just starting out, please keep going! Just a few months ago I was starting too and looking at all the comments, jealous of everyone's progress. I stuck with it and here I am 4 months later almost 25 pounds down. I still have a long way to go but I'm not giving up! I know all too well what happens when I give up… What happens if I stick with it and show up for myself with love and commitment, every day? <3 we can do it!!!
