I haven't worked out consistently since like a year and a half. This is my first time doing one of your workouts. i stumbled upon them about a month ago when you showed up in my yt shorts lol. I am 8 minutes in and am very surprised as to how much i regressed. Going to do this for a week and see how it goes. Ill update :))

Edit 1- i did a total of 20 mins. My whole body is *shaking*. That's how bad i fumbled. The older me would have stopped at like 15 mins thinking that its enough even though i wouldn't be tired etc. I am proud of myself for starting.

I’ve gotten out of shape during Covid and into my masters program, but I figured today is the day id change it! This workout has me sweating and needing a pause at 3:19 (Pathetic, I know). But I’m déterminéd to get to a point where I don’t need to pause it soon!! 🙂

  18. Just an idea, would be cool if u did some workouts geared towards those w CFS plz.
