You’re a real one. I can’t believe how honest and sincere you are and not to mention wise. You’re probably the only sane person in California.

    poor trashman 🙁

  7. Luisa says:

Truly you didn't have to be mean with the "trash man".
It is a privilege to have someone taking your trash away and the GTFO thing was uncalled for.
    Learn to be kind.

  8. Keto worked for me, it didn't work for my fiance, he's a vegan. When I went vegan it made me sluggish and tired

  9. Taylor Dowd says:

  10. This is one of the most honest videos I’ve seen about this topic. Thank you for being so transparent. I’m feeling super motivated! 🎉

  11. Selena Y. says:

Even though fresh air is great, many areas such as Orlando, FL get high rates of pollution. Technically people aren't breathing in fresh air. Overall, great video!

  12. M De says:

I wonder if weight watchers does not help, bc it gives very few points allowed and haven’t seen results

  14. Courtney K says:

Low carb is not the way at all. We need carbs for energy, just focus on the good ones !! Brown rice, brown rice or veggie pastas, couscous, barley, quinoa, oats, FRUIT girlypops

  15. Except the food won’t be there tomorrow because I live with my partner😂

  19. Rea Alice says:

"The icecream will be there tomorrow." I just bought icecream at the beginning of this week since i was going to try to start my fitness journey next week. Figured I'd eat it one last time before restricting myself. Ended up starting my fitness journey early and was trying to ration to figure out what days i should eat it, telling myself I couldn't have it every day, even if it was just a little bit. After a good day of eating well and exercising, I've decided it is ok to have a little icecream after dinner, even if I already had some last night. Thank you.

  20. This video hit home, thank you!

  21. Beautiful before beautiful After

  23. I remember being so gratefull for my waitress job while studying in Paris. Just walking all days))))

  24. your dog is the stealing limelight)))

  25. Aelena K says:

I feel being restrictive is actually good,as someone who has sweet tooth it gets crazy sometimes because of the sweet cravings but then I am like "No, don't do it" a strict firm NO works for me🧿,I like the advice that don't over stuff yourself,I used to do it whenever I would go out and I knew I would only get junk food/unhealthy food and all although I'd try to keep it clean as much as possible but again that's not always possible in either case over stuffing is surely not a good idea,it just makes one lethargic and keeping a check on diet is important because you become what you eat.

  26. L F says:

    Your dog! Haha!

  27. M. O. says:

That is so funny how everyone says how kind and wonderful you are Nicki. Did anyone noticed how rude she was to poor sanitation worker ( garbage man )? He probably was taking trash from her building, doing his job. I was about to watch her video and subscribe, but I saw how rude, disrespectful and entitled you are to this poor man who works really hard, no thank you at this point. Check yourself Nicki don’t be rude to people that make your life easier. That is just sad, and no one noticed even sadder, of course no one noticed when pretty girl speaks. That’s all it takes today to be pretty on the outside and as ugly as possible on the inside no one will notice your actual flaws. I think with all that extra weight you lost, you also lost your manners, if I was your mother you would be grounded No YouTube for a month 😂😂😂

  28. I know I'm a year late but I'm so glad I found u. Everytime I start working out and being careful what I eat I end up starving to death and end up eating a bunch of junk. Way more than I would when I wasn't working out

  29. Great video. Most of the ones I see here are people looking cut and selling you their program. I am starting my fitness journey again. The last time I did well and brought down my cholesterol levels but I had gained 10lbs in that year. I was so frustrated. I knew it was because I wasn’t exercising but I didn’t think about walking. I thought I had to purchase a bike or treadmill that isn’t gonna fit in my tiny apartment. I bought a gym membership but seeing all those healthy fit people around me just made me feel worse. So far I’ve lost 7lbs in less than a week. I was not eating well and ballooned to 230lbs. I felt like once I got to my goal weight that I would reevaluate then. Watching this made me realize that I just need to take small steps that are permanent. Like stop eating two small bags of chips in the middle of the night. Every night.

  30. Please not 3ed world countries lets say developing countries instead ❤

  31. Josée Rose says:

  32. OMG your dog is so cute !
